The Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO) and the Kennedy Institute Workplace Mediation Research Group (KIWMRG) cordially invite you to a conference event to launch a comprehensive new report addressing the challenge of balancing confidentiality and transparency in mediation services.
This event will present an account of the FSPO move to mediation as the preferred option for resolving complaints, which has resulted in over 75% of complaints being resolved with the agreement of the parties (2017). The speakers will offer a business case, based on evidence, for the potential of mediation to improve organisational service and performance.
