Margaret Bouchier is an experienced employment, commercial and elder mediator and has a particular interest in ethics and collaborative development. Since 2004, she has specialised in the delivery of effective and accessible interventions to complex and sensitive disputes, and in the development and delivery of strategies to promote collaborative workplace development. In 2013 she conducted primary research, approved by Queen’s University Belfast, involved into the effectiveness of external mediation in resolving workplace conflict in the Irish context.

Margaret is passionate about mediation and, since 2006, has been actively involved in the development of mediation in Ireland and internationally through her roles in the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland, the Elder Mediation International Network and, more recently, the KIWMRG.

Margaret is the Founder and Director of Advanced Working Solutions Limited and a Partner in Erwin Bouchier Professional Solutions.
