Brian Barry, PhD, is a Lecturer in Law with the Department of Law, Dublin Institute of Technology in Constitutional Law and Tort Law. Brian completed his PhD with the School of Law, Trinity College Dublin on reforming workplace dispute resolution structures in Ireland. He has undertaken visiting scholar projects in the University of Toronto and Columbia University, New York and is a qualified solicitor. Brian’s research interests include employment law, workplace mediation and judicial studies.
