Genevieve Murray, PhD, is a consultant, certified mediator, trainer, researcher and lecturer, specialising in workplace/organisational disputes. She is a member of the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland (MII) and the International Association on Workplace Bullying and Harassment (IAWBH).

Genevieve is a Council Member of the MII with responsibility for the workplace sector. She holds a BA in Sociology and Politics, an MSc in Social Justice (Equality Studies) from University College Dublin and a Ph.D. from Trinity College Dublin.

Genevieve has spent many years in management in the private sector and works with  employees and employers who need support to resolve workplace conflict issues. She is an advocate of the introduction of mediation at the informal stage of workplace conflict.
Genevieve’s mission is to enable and encourage early intervention into workplace conflict, thereby preventing its escalation into potential disputes or bullying.
